Project Description:
Development of 204 acres of agricultural used land, beginning in 2006, including land transfers to Columbia Public Schools for a High School and Elementary School, Construction of Battle Avenue, Annexation and Rezoning into the City of Columbia, Planning and Development for 211 Single Family Lots, and multiple Multi-Family, Office and Commercial Lots.
Scope of Work:
- Boundary Survey
- Preparation of Certified Land Corner Documents
- Design of 1,750 feet of Battle Avenue, Arterial Road
- Collaboration with Boone County and City Staff to develop property and assess and mitigate off-site infrastructure impacts
- Annexation and Rezoning, and Preliminary Platting including support for development of TDD for commercial properties
- Stormwater Management design meeting city and county regulations
- Final Platting and Construction documents for Residential Subdivisions
- Construction Staking
